摘要
为合理开发利用陕西某地辉钼矿及提供最佳的选矿工艺流程,根据矿石性质,对陕西某地辉钼矿进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 50%,采用1粗2扫3精的浮选工艺流程;粗选选用煤油为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,精选采用巯基乙酸钠抑制黄铜矿,最终取得了钼品位为56.12%、钼回收率为95.42%、钼精矿铜含量降至0.005 5%的钼精矿,钼精矿达到了国家颁发的YS/T 235—2007精矿质量标准牌号KMo-53;为该矿的开发建厂设计提供了初步依据。
In order to rationally develop and utilize a certain molybdenite mine in Shaanxi Province and provide the best beneficiation process,beneficiation experiments were conducted on the molybdenite mine according to the ore properties. The test results show that: under grinding fineness of-0. 074 mm50%,adopting the flotation process of one-roughing,two-scavenging,and three-cleaning,kerosene as collector,2#oil as the foaming agent in rough concentration,thiol Sodium acetate to inhibit chalcopyrite in cleaning concentration,a molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 56. 12%,molybdenum recovery rate of 95. 42%,and a molybdenum concentrate with copper content of 0. 0055% or below,were finally achieved. The molybdenum concentrate reached the nationally-awarded YS/T 235—2007 KMo-53,a grade standard for concentrate quality; It provides preliminary basis for the development of the mine.
