大理石平台吊装孔最佳位置的可靠性仿真试验与可靠性设计准则的建立

摘要 针对PC B行业制造设备中常用的大理石平台吊环安装位置,通过可靠性仿真试验分析了三种不同的大理石平台模型,探讨不同的吊环安装位置对大理石平台的强度影响,得出吊装孔的最佳位置,为制定大理石平台吊装孔可靠性设计准则提供理论依据。 Aiming to optirnize eyebolt's intelligent manufacturing equipment, this paper installation position for marble platform commonly used in PCB analyzed the three different kinds of marble platform model by simulation test of reliability and the marble platform strength for different positions of the eyebolt. It provided the theoretical basis to draft the design for reliability (DFR) of the eyebolt optimal location for marble platform.
