摘要
枝状粗晶、各向异性引起声束偏移、强散射和高衰减,是奥氏体不锈钢焊缝UT难点。介绍用超声相控阵双矩阵探头检测厚板焊缝(50mm^120mm)的过程要领,包括实物试块的制作、人工靶体的设置、探头波型、频率、扫角的选定等。给出了检测配置和图像显示实例。可供此领域难题解析和信号评断借鉴。
The beam skewing,high scattering and attenuation due to the anisotropic dendritic coarsegrain structure are still a challenge for ultrasonic inspection of austenitic stainless steel welds.This paper describes the main points of process of inspecting heavy wall welds with thickness 50 mm to 120 mm using a dual matrix array probe with phased array technology,including the manufacture of welding reference blocks,setup of artificial targets,selection of wave type,frequency and scan-angles et al.The testing arrangement and imaging displays are given.The intention is to provide a reference to problem resolution and signal interpretation in this field.
