摘要
基于橡胶与金属粘接模型,采用CIVA仿真软件,通过模拟不同检测频率、不同晶片直径下声场分布情况和缺陷的检测效果,初步得出一套超声检测工艺参数。然后通过实际工件验证检测工艺参数可靠性,结果表明,仿真计算结果与实际试验结果相吻合。
Based on the rubber-metal bonding model,simulation the sound field distribution and defect detection effect under different frequencies and different diameters using the CIVA software,preliminary concluded a set of ultrasonic testing technology parameters,and then validated reliability testing technology parameters by actual workpiece,the results show that the simulation calculation results consistent with the actual testing results.
