Using literature,video observation,comprehensive analysis,interviews and other research methods to study skills athletic competition system and rules of evolution trend of,objective：to better help team in the new cycle analysis using rules,safeguard technique advantage projects in China in the international competition last for long,get good grades.Results：in the new period of complete sets of choreography and the choice of action needs to be done more outstanding quality,quality is the core competitiveness,need full performance but also to meet the international aesthetic with Chinese characteristics.Suggestions：strengthen basic skills training,improve the quality of complete,complete choreography requirements：stability,beauty,new and difficult.
