中医护理技术对脑卒中后肩手综合征手肿胀的影响

Effect of TCM nursing technique on hand swelling of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke

目的：探讨中医护理技术应用于脑卒中后肩手综合征手部肿胀患者的临床疗效。方法：将脑卒中后肩手综合征I期手部肿胀的60例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组除接受常规护理外给予中医护理技术操作，对照组只接受常规护理。分别于入院当天、治疗20天后对患手的肿胀程度和惠手的运动功能进行康复评定。结果：患者的手肿胀程度评分、手运动功能评分均较治疗前明显改善（均P〈0.01），其中观察组疗效更优于对照组（均P〈0．01）。结论：中医护理技术可以有效改善脑卒中后肩手综合征手部肿胀。

Objective：To investigate the effect of TCM nursing on patients with hand-shoulder syndrome of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods：60 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome I swollen hand were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases）.In the treatment group,the operation of traditional Chinese medicine was given to patients in addi-tion to routine nursing care while the control group received routine nursing care.Respectively,on the day of admission,20days after treat-ment,the degree of swelling of the affected hand and the hand function of the meritorious service rehabilitation assessment.Results：The scores of hand swelling and hand function were significantly improved in both groups（all P 〈 0.01）,and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（all P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Chinese nursing techniques could effectively improve hand-swellinz of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
