A Narrow View on Modern Western Poetry Therapy——Mainly Based on Mazza's Theory

诗歌疗法源远流长,它侧重语言艺术在心理诊疗中的辅助性运用,可以视为阅读疗法向纵深方向的拓展。美国佛罗里达州立大学教授玛札对其作用原理、实践模式及特性:接受性/指令性模式;表达性/创作性模式;象征性/仪式性模式等多个方面,作了深入的探索。玛札还编写了诗歌疗法的实用目录。诗歌疗法在拓展了当下文艺新功能的探讨,涉及诗学、心理学、目录学等领域,具有跨学科的性质。在理论上诗歌疗法还可以更多地吸收积极心理学中的理论资源,推动诗歌在智力培养与智能开发上的作用。

Poetry therapy has a long history.It focuses on the auxiliary application of the language arts in psychological diagnosis and treatment,and can be viewed as the extension of Reading Therapy.Prof.Mazza,at the state university of Florida,made deep exploration of its basic theory,practice patterns-such as Acceptance/Command mode,Expressive/Creative mode,Symbolic/Ritual model,and many other characteristics.He also compiled poetry therapy practical catalogue.Poetry therapy,which has the nature of interdisciplinary,involved in poetics,psychology,bibliography and other fields,and expands the new function of poetry.It should absorb more of the positive psychology resources in theory to promote the role of poetry on the intelligence cultivation and intelligent development.
