“转型”切忌“捡了芝麻,丢了西瓜”——普通本科高校汉语言文学专业的人才培养理念再思考

“Transformation”Should not“Pick up the Sesame and Lose the Watermelon”——Rethinking on the Idea of Personnel Training of the Major of Chinese Language and Literature in Ordinary Undergraduate Universities

在向"应用型"转型的"焦虑"影响下,各普通本科汉语言文学专业纷纷跟进改革,积极调整思路来培养学生的各种应用型技能。但不少高校陷入误区,不同程度地弱化了汉语言文学专业的核心技能——写作技能,即在中外文学涵养浸渍、熏陶濡染之下而形成的应用性和文学性兼具的写作技能,这是汉语言文学专业之"根",是其他技能的基础。在方法上,可以实施"三百计划"来训练这种核心技能。此外,更重要的是要培养学生的"再学习"能力。

Under the influence of＂anxiety＂in the transformation to ＂type of practicability＂,all the majors of Chinese language and literature followed up and reformed,actively adjusted their thinking to train students＇ applied skills.However,many universities plunged into the misunderstanding,which weakened the core skills of the major of Chinese language and literature：writing skills.Writing skills,which train by edification by means of literatures of Chinese and foreign country,are the root of major of Chinese language and literature and are the foundation of other skills.In order to train the core skills,teachers can take＂plan of three hundred＂.In addition,it is more important to cultivate the students＇ relearning ability.
