学校体育卫生艺术和国防教育工作要充分认识、准确把握新时代中国特色社会主义的"新"的内涵和特点,站在新时代的历史起点上,以新时代为目标统揽,增强改革的自觉性,科学认识新时代的变化,更新推进改革的手段及其内涵,奋力实现新目标。认真谋划十九大以后的改革和发展战略,需健全标准,完善政策体系;强化教学改革,加强师资队伍建设;完善竞赛和展示体系,搭建育人新平台;保障措施到位,实现德智体美均衡发展;深入推进校园足球改革,实施两大关键举措,以此整体推进新时代学校体育卫生艺术和国防教育工作。

When we carry out the work of school physical, health and arts, national defense, we should be fully aware of and correctly grasp the new connotation and characteristic of socialism with Chinese characteristics, stand on the starting point of new era, take the new time as blueprint, improve the reform conscientious, recognize the new changes scientifically, innovate the reform means and contents and attain the new goal with great effort. We also should scientifically understand the tremendous achievements since the 18^th Congress of the Communist Party, carefully plan the reform and development strategies after the 19^th Congress of the Communist Party. In order to holistic propel the key tasks, we can do a lot of work, such as. improve the standards and policy systems; strengthen the teaching reform and teachers staff construction; optimize the competition and display system; set up new platform to foster students; ensure the safeguard measures to obtain the morality, intelligence, health, arts balance development; promote school football reform, perfect the football training and competition system.
