核心素养背景下普通中学生涯教育的几点思考 被引量:26

摘要 随着核心素养提出和新高考改革的全面展开,普通中学生涯教育日益受到重视,但由于它在我国尚属于新生事物,不论在理论上还是实践中都有许多值得研究和探讨之处。普通中学开展生涯教育,应站在核心素养的大背景下,将培育学生自主发展能力作为最终目标;应着力在课程与教学上进行创新,注重课程开发的针对性与教学方式的灵活性;应将普通中学生涯教育作为一项全社会的事业,通过政府、学校与社会的合力共为,使生涯教育全面有效地开展起来,为我国亿万青少年健康成长带来福祉。 With the promotion of key competency and the new college entrance examination reform, career education in ordinary middle school has received more and more attention. However, due to it is a new thing in our country, there are many worthwhile studies and discussions both in theory and practice. Career education in ordinary middle school should stand in the context of the key competency, cultivate students' ability to independently develop as the ultimate goal; should focus on innovation in curriculum and teaching, focus on the pointed development of the curriculum and the flexible of teaching method; should take ordinary middle school career education as a cause of the entire society and through the joint efforts of the government, schools and the society. The education for life can be fully and effectively carried out to bring happiness to the healthy growth of millions of young people in our country.
