The market data, network development data, complaints data and operation data in current networks are analyzed based on big data analysis to determine the schemes on wireless network optimization and newly-added base stations. The application of MR data analysis in the planning of LTE wireless networks is elaborated. Based on the MR data analysis, grid-level RSRP value is provided and the coverage of LTE wireless networks is determined. Finally, MR data analysis results are used for the planning of new LTE base stations and the optimization construction of LTE wireless networks.
