The competition of mobile communication services is increasingly fierce, the improvement of user experience is the important mean to retain customers. In order to effectively evaluate the actual user experience, wireless parameters and signaling data in the core network are investigated. A practical evaluation algorithm is proposed, which can objectively express the true user feelings by quantitatively scoring user experiences.
