摘要
某矿帷幕注浆工程预使用湖泥作为注浆原材料,但高压灌注条件下出现地层吃浆量大、扩散半径远远大于帷幕体厚度等问题,通过现场对不同水玻璃添加量条件下及不同带压条件下浆液初凝时间进行研究,最终得出对于透水率大的地层,建议将水玻璃添加量控制在15%~20%的范围内,可减小浆液扩散半径;此外,当混合浆液压力提高0.5 MPa时,其初凝时间能缩短1h左右,因此,可适当提高注浆压力来缩短混合浆液初凝时间。
The lake mud was used previously as the raw grouting material in the curtain grouting engineering of a mine. Howev- er, under the condition of high pressure perfusion, some problems were appeared, for example, the stratum needed large a- mounts of slurry and the diffusion radius was much greater than the thickness of curtain body. Therefore, the initial setting time of slurry with different amounts of sodium silicate was studied in field under the conditions of different pressures. It was suggested that for the stratum with large permeable rate, the amount of sodium silicate would be controlled in the range of 15%~20% to reduce the diffusion radius of slurry. Moreover, when the pressure of mixed slurry was increased by 0.5 MPa, the initial setting time could be shortened by about 1 hour. So the grouting pressure could increase suitably to shorten the initial setting time of the mixed slurry.
