摘要
运用直接转矩控制策略对永磁直线同步电机的电磁推力控制进行研究,提出利用电压空间矢量控制初级磁链和次级永磁体磁链,计算定子坐标系上推力和磁链,将结果进行滞环调节,获得逆变器开关状态,实现对电磁推力的控制。设计电磁推力控制系统,运用MATLAB/Simulink工具包PMLSM直接推力系统进行了建模仿真,运用全数字式伺服系统试验平台进行试验论证。结果表明,采用直接转矩控制策略能够对永磁直线同步电机进行有效控制,具有动态响应速度快,鲁棒性好等优越性能。
Using direct torque control strategy,the electromagnetic thrust control of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied,the concept of using voltage space vector to control the primary flux linkage and the secondary permanent magnet flux linkage is put forward,the thrust and flux are calculated on the stator coordinate system,The hysteresis regulation is performed and the switching state of the inverter is obtained,eventually,the electromagnetic thrust is controlled.The electromagnetic thrust control system is designed,the modeling and Simulation of PMLSM direct thrust system is carried out by using MATLAB/Simulink toolkit,full digital servo system test platform is used to test and demonstrate,It is concluded that direct torque control strategy can effectively control the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor( PMSM),and has the advantages of fast dynamic response,robust performance and so on.
