摘要
倾覆力矩作用下的横向剪切力和轴向力易造成螺纹松动现象,为研究动态载荷下的螺纹连接松动机理,设计了1种螺纹松动测试平台。基于ADAMS、Workbench环境,对螺纹松动测试平台进行了运动学、有限元分析研究。研究结论表明,盆形连接件振幅大小满足螺纹松动实验运动学要求,通过分析偏心装置的应力分布为其材料选择提供理论基础。该装置可以对螺栓分布、预紧力的变化、连接件的刚度以及弹簧垫片等螺纹松动影响因素进行分析研究,利用数字化设计分析技术为螺纹松动测试装备开发提供了有益的探讨。
The transverse shear force and axial force of the overturning moment can easily cause the thread loose.In order to study the loosening mechanism of bolted connections under dynamic loads,a bolt loosening test platform is designed. Based on ADAMS and Workbench environment,the kinematics and finite element analysis of the platform of bolt loosening test is studied. Research results show that,The amplitude of the basin shaped connecting piece meets the kinematic requirements of thread loose experiment. By analyzing the stress distribution of eccentricity,it provides a theoretical basis for material selection. The device can analyze the influence factors of bolt looseness,such as the distribution of bolts,the change of pretightening force,the rigidity of connecting parts,and the spring shim,etc. Based on the digital design analysis technology,this paper provides a useful discussion for the development of bolt loosening test equipment.
