Research of Method to Construct the Bogie Requirement Model Based on Research on Conjoint Analysis and QFD

高速列车产品族设计的基础和前提是客户需求信息的准确表达。针对目前高速列车缺乏系统化理论和方法构建需求模型的问题,提出基于联合分析与QFD相结合的方法构建需求模型,首先采用联合分析方法得到细分客户群的需求重要度。然后,借助QFD工具建立客户需求与技术指标之间的映射关系,实现客户需求重要度到技术指标重要度的转化,为后续面向细分客户群的产品族设计奠定基础。最后,以高速列车为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

The basis and premise of high-speed train product family design is the accurate expression of customer demand information. In order to solve the problem that the high-speed trains lack the systematic theory and method to construct the requirement model,this paper proposes a method to construct the requirement model based on the combination of conjoint analysis and QFD. First,we use the conjoint analysis method to get the importance of requirements in customer segmentation. Then,with QFD tools to establish the mapping between customer requirements and technical indicators,achieve the importance of customer requirement to the importance of the transformation of technical indicators and lay the foundation for the product family design of the customer segmentation. Finally,its validity and feasibility are verified by the example of the high-speed trains.
