摘要
舵系统是飞行器控制系统的重要组成部分,其机械零位和活动间隙对控制精度和响应速度有重要影响。针对1种空气舵系统,应用Teamcenter VSA建立了其尺寸链分析模型,计算了概率分布下的机械零位和活动间隙,并获得尺寸链中各尺寸的影响程度。最后结合仿真结果及产品工艺性,对舵系统的原设计精度进行了优化,有效提升了系统性能和经济性。
Rudder systems play indispensible roles in control systems,whose mechanical zero and clearance have great influence on control precision and response speed. Aiming at a air rudder system,we built its dimension analysis model by applying Teamcenter VSA,calculated its mechanical zero and clearance in probability distribution and acquired the effects of different dimensions. Finally,we optimized the dimension precision according to the simulation results and processing property,and improved the system performance and economical efficiency.
