摘要
利用人工浇盐的方式模拟野外盐环境,测定大红花Hibiscus rosa-sinensis、狗牙花Ervatamia divaricat‘Gouyahua’、龙船花Ixora chinensis、红背桂Excoecaria cochinchinensis、鹅掌藤Schefflera arboricola、朱蕉Cordyline fruticosa和花叶假连翘Duranta erecta‘Variegata’的生物量。结果表明:随盐分浓度的增加,7种园林植物的总生物量均明显降低,0.3%盐胁迫的植物生物量下降幅度为龙船花>朱蕉>鹅掌藤>狗牙花>大红花>红背桂>和花叶假连翘,0.6%盐胁迫的植物生物量下降幅度为龙船花=花叶假连翘>狗牙花>鹅掌藤>大红花>朱蕉>红背桂。各植物的地上和地下生物量积累受到的抑制不断增大,且大红花、狗牙花和龙船花的地上生物量均比地下生物量下降幅度大,而红背桂、鹅掌藤和花叶假连翘反之。0.3%和0.6%盐浓度胁迫下,所有植物的根冠比均小于1,盐胁迫增加了大红花、狗牙花、龙船花和朱蕉的根冠比,减少了红背桂、鹅掌藤和花叶假连翘的根冠比。
The effects of salt stress on biomass of seven landscape plants(Hibiscus rosa-sinensis,Ervatamia divaricat 'Gouyahua',Ixora chinensis,Excoecaria cochinchinensis,Schefflera arboricola,Cordyline fruticosa and Duranta erecta 'Variegata')were studied in simulating salt environment.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,the total biomass,aboveground biomass and underground biomass of seven landscape plants decreased significantly.Range of biomass decline decreased in the order of L chinensis 〉 C.fruticosa 〉 S.arboricola 〉 E.divaricat 〉 1-1.rosa-sinensis 〉 E.cochinchinensis 〉 D.erecta under 0.3% salt stress,whereas it decreased in the order ofL chinensis= D.erecta 〉 E.divaricat 〉 S.arboricola 〉 H.rosa-sinensis 〉 C.fruticosa 〉 D.erecta under 0.6% salt stress.The decrease rate of aboveground biomass of H.rosa-sinensis,E.divaricata and L chinensis were greater than their underground biomass,whereas which was contrary to E.cochinchinensis,S.arboricola and D.repens.The root-shoot ratio in all species was less than one under 0.3% and 0.6% salt concentration stress condition.The root-shoot ratio of H.rosa-sinensis,E.divaricata,1.chinensis,and C.fruticosa increased,whereas that of E.cochinchinensis,S.arboricola and D.repens 'Variegata' decreased under salt stress.
