不同LED光源对蝴蝶兰增殖和壮苗培养的影响

摘要 为研究不同发光二极管(LED)对增殖及壮苗培养的影响,从而为优化其组培条件提供基础。以蝴蝶兰3个不同的栽培品种为材料,采用不同LED光源照射,结果显示:对‘大辣椒’以连续性照射的T5-红蓝光或T8-红蓝光为增殖阶段的适宜光源,或以间歇性照射的T5-红蓝光或T8-红蓝光为增殖阶段的适宜光源;对‘柳林黑玫瑰’以连续性照射的T8-红蓝光为增殖阶段的适宜光源,或以间歇性照射的T5-红蓝光或T8-红蓝光为增殖阶段的适宜光源;对‘文景天使’以连续性照射的T5-红蓝光为增殖阶段的最适光源。在壮苗培养阶段,对‘大辣椒’以连续性照射的T5-红蓝光或T8-红蓝光为最适光源,对‘柳林黑玫瑰’和‘文景天使’以连续性照射的T5-红蓝光为最适光源。以上结果说明,红蓝复色光更有利于蝴蝶兰的单芽增殖以及根系诱导,是具有优势的植物组织培养光源。 In order to study effects of different light-emitting diodes on multiplication and strengthening cultivation of Phalaenopsis ssp.seedlings,and to provide some basises for optimization of culture conditions,we used 3 cultivars of Phalaenopsis ssp.as materials to investigate effect of different LED illuminans on multiplication and strengthening cultivation in vitro.The results show that at multiplication stage,continuous irradiation or intermittent irradiation of T5-red and blue or T8-red and blue was the suitable illuminant for ‘Big Chilli',and continuous irradiation of T5-red and blue was the optimal illuminant for ‘Vimtech Angel'.At strengthening cultivation stage,continuous irradiation of T5-red and blue or T8-red and blue was the optimal illuminant for ‘Big Chilli',and continuous irradiation of T5-red and blue was the optimal illuminant for ‘Willow Black Rose' and ‘Vimtech Angel'.It was concluded that the combination of red and blue LED lights benefited single bud multiplication and root system induction in Phalaenopsis ssp.,and it could be the light source for plant tissue culture with advantages.
