安息香属3个树种苗木抗寒生理差异研究 被引量:9

Differences of physiological parameters of cold hardiness in Styrax suberifolius, Styrax tonkinensis and Styrax dasyanthus seedlings

摘要 测定了自然越冬过程中红皮树、东京野茉莉和垂珠花3个树种苗木抗寒生理指标的差异,结果表明:3个树种枝条内可溶性糖含量随时间变化呈现下降趋势,垂珠花枝条内可溶性糖含量整体比东京野茉莉枝条内可溶性糖含量高,高约47.6%,东京野茉莉枝条内可溶性糖含量整体又比红皮树枝条内可溶性糖含量高,高约102.1%。红皮树、东京野茉莉和垂珠花枝条内的可溶性蛋白质含量均随时间变化呈现上升趋势,且各月份枝条内可溶性蛋白质含量:垂珠花>东京野茉莉>红皮树。红皮树、东京野茉莉和垂珠花枝条内脯氨酸含量变化没有表现出一致的规律性,且各苗木的脯氨酸含量存在较大差异。红皮树、东京野茉莉和垂珠花在降温时其枝条内游离氨基酸含量均呈现上升趋势,且垂珠花枝条内游离氨基酸的增长幅度和含量均高于东京野茉莉和红皮树。红皮树、东京野茉莉和垂珠花枝条的相对电导率随着时间的变化其变化趋势一致,均呈现"高-低-高"的趋势。根据以上生理指标进行的综合分析,可以初步判断出,垂珠花的抗寒性是这3个树种中最强的,东京野茉莉次之,红皮树的抗寒性最弱。 The differences of physiological parameters of cold hardiness in Styrax suberifolius,Styrax tonkinensis and Styrax dasyanthus during the period of natural overwintering were determined.Results showed that:Soluble sugar content in seedling twigs of three species dropped overtime in winter.The overall sugar content ofS.dasyanthus seedlings were higher than that ofS.tonkinensis with a 47.6% increase,while there was a 102.1% increase for S.tonkinensis if compared with S.suberifolius.The soluble protein content of three species all abidingly increased with time in winter.In every month of winter,protein content in seedling twigs of three trees species was drawn as:S,dasyanthus 〉 S.tonkinensis 〉 S.suberifolius.No similar pattern could be seen for proline content among S.suberifolius,S.tonkinensis and S.dasyanthus.And,the differences of proline content among three species were detected.The content of free amino acids in seedlings of three tree species appeared as an up-rise pattern in winter.The amount of increase and absolute content of free amino acids in twigs ofS.dasyanthus were higher than that of the other two species.As time went on,a pattern of "High-Low-High" was discovered for electrical conductivity in all three species.According to these physiological parameters,a preliminary conclusion could be drawn that the cold-resistant of three tree species in this study could be presented from high to low as:S.dasyanthus 〉 S.tonkinensis 〉 S.suberifolius.
