摘要
通过对高强度螺栓进行抗疲劳设计研究,给出了一系列高强度螺栓的许用应力幅值,明确了螺栓性能等级、螺栓规格以及预紧力大小对其许用应力幅值的影响,为磨机回转部高强度螺栓抗疲劳性能校核提供了理论依据。
The paper researched the anti-fatigue design of the high-strength bolt,and offered the allowable stress range of a series of high-strength bolts.It also discussed the influence of rank,size and pretightening force of the bolt on its allowable stress range.The research offered theoretical reference for the anti-fatigue performance checking of the high-strength bolt for the rotator assembly of the mill.
