刨削深度对刨刀载荷分形特征影响研究

摘要 为研究刨煤机刨刀在刨削过程中,刨削深度对刨刀载荷的影响及其分形特征,利用自主研制的刨刀传感器进行现场工况实验,对刨煤机工作运行时的刨刀载荷进行测试,得到不同刨削深度下刨刀载荷数据曲线,并对其进行小波分析与分形特征处理。研究结果表明:在刨削深度为10mm、20mm两种条件下,刨刀在x、y、z三个方向上所受到的载荷值均随着刨削深度的增大而增大,刨削深度越大,载荷波动越强烈,刨刀受载影响越大;比较两种刨削深度下的分形特征量可知,在x、y方向上,刨削深度为20mm时产生的煤粉量与当量能耗较大,z方向上分形特征值相近,表明在z方向上,两种刨深下的载荷分形特征相似。 In order to study the influence of the planing depth to the plane load during the plow bit cutting and fractal characteristics, using the self-developed plow bit sensor planer perform field condition experiment to test for loading coal plow during operation, obtain under different planing depth load data curve, and proceed with wavelet analysis and fractal feature processing are carried out. The results show that under two conditions of planing depth of 10 mm and 20 mm, in x, y, z three directions the plow bit is load value increases with the increase of cutting depth, the planing depth is larger, the load fluctuation is strong, the greater the effect of cutter load; the fractal features of two kinds of planing depth are compared, in the direction of x and y, in the direction of x and y,when the depth is 20 mm, the amount of coal consumed and the equivalent energy consumption in the coal ploughing process are larger, the fractal eigenvalues are similar in the z direction, it is shown that the load fractal characteristics of two kinds of planing depth are similar.
