益阴消渴汤联合强化胰岛素方案对血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察益阴消渴汤联合强化胰岛素方案对血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖波动的影响。方法:选取120例血糖控制不佳T2DM患者,随机分为对照组及观察组各60例。对照组采用强化胰岛素方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服益阴消渴汤。观察并比较2组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)的变化,记录患者的血糖达标时间及低血糖发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组FBG、P2h BG、Hb A1c水平均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FBG、P2h BG、Hb A1c水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率5.00%,对照组低血糖发生率25.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益阴消渴汤联合强化胰岛素方案治疗血糖控制不佳T2DM患者,在控制血糖方面效果明显,可减少低血糖反应。 Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Yiyin Xiaoke tang combined with intensive insulin on blood glucose fluctuation in patients of inadequate blood-glucose controll with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM).Methods:Selected120 cases of T2 DM patients with inadequate blood-glucose control,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,60 cases in each group.The control group was given intensive insulin for treatment,while the observation group was additionally given Yiyin Xiaoke tang based on the treatment of the control group.Observed and compared the changes of fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2-hour blood glucose(P2 hBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)before and after treatment in the two groups.Recorded the time of blood glucose reaching standard and incidence of hypoglycemia.Results:After treatment,levels of FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P 0.05).Levels of FBG,P2 hBG and HbA1 c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P 0.05).The time of blood glucose reaching standard in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P 0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia was 5.00% in the observation group and was 25.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yiyin Xiaoke tang combined with intensive insulin for T2 DM patients with inadequate blood-glucose control has a significant effect on controlling blood glucose and can reduce reactions of hypoglycemia.
