补血养心消瘤汤联合茯苓神志爽心丸对乳腺癌术后化疗患者的影响

Effect of Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu Tang Combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin Pills on Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Postoperative Chemotherapy

目的:观察补血养心消瘤汤联合茯苓神志爽心丸对乳腺癌术后化疗患者血清T细胞亚群、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平及生活质量的影响。方法:将102例乳腺癌患者根据治疗方法分为对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组、联合组各34例。3组术后均给予常规化疗,在此基础上对照Ⅰ组采取补血养心消瘤汤治疗,对照Ⅱ组采取茯苓神志爽心丸治疗,联合组采取补血养心消瘤汤联合茯苓神志爽心丸治疗,3组均持续治疗4月。入院时及疗程结束后统计比较3组中医证候积分、血清T细胞亚群指标(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)水平、血清糖类抗原125(CA125)及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平、生活质量分值(EORTC QOL-C30)及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,3组中医证候积分、血清T细胞亚群、血清肿瘤标志物水平、EORTC QOL-C30分值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且联合组中医证候、血清CA125、CEA、CD8+较对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组低;CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、EORTC QOL-C30分值较对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率23.53%,与对照Ⅰ组17.65%、对照Ⅱ组11.76%比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合采用补血养心消瘤汤及茯苓神志爽心丸治疗乳腺癌术后化疗患者,可有效缓解其临床症状,降低血清肿瘤标志物水平,改善机体免疫功能,利于提高患者生活质量,且不会增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective：To observe the effect of Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills on the levels of T cell subsets,carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125）and carcinomacmbryonic antigen（CEA）as well as quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods：According to the therapeutic methods,102 cases of patients with breast cancer were divided into the control group I,the control group II and the combination group,34 cases in each group.The three groups were all given the routine postoperative chemotherapy,while the control group I additionally received Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang for treatment,the control group II additionally received Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills for treatment,and the combination group additionally received Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills for treatment.The course of treatment for the three groups lasted for 4 months.During admission and after the course of treatment,stastically analyzed and compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores,levels ofserum T cell subset indexes（CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋）,levels of carbohydrate antigen 125（CA125）and carcinomacmbryonic antigen（CEA）,quality of life scores（EORTC QOL-C30）and the incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups.Results：After treatment,compared Chinese medicine syndrome scores,levels of T cell subsets and serum tumor markers and scores of EORTC QOL-C30 in the three groups,there was significant difference being found（P 0.05）.Chinese medicine syndrome scores and serum CA125,CEA and CD8＋ in the combination group were all lower than those in the control group I and the control group II;CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ and scores of EORTC QOL-C30 were higher than those in the control group I and the control group II,differences being significant（P 0.05）.Incidence of adverse reactions was 23.53%in the combination group,comparing with that being 17.65% in the control group I and 11.76% in the control group II,differences being insignificant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Buxue Yangxin Xiaoliu tang combined with Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin pills can effectively relieve its clinical symptoms,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,improve body immune function and help enhance the quality of life,without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
