通过辨析狼疮性肾炎的病名、病因和临床表现,提出固源正本,解毒祛瘀,兼顾阴阳调和,调畅情志,中西并重的治疗思路,并附案例以资佐证,期望能为狼疮性肾炎的治疗提供思路。

By analyzing name,etiology and clinical manifestations of lupus nephritis,the authors proposed the idea of treatment that consolidating the source of origin and detoxification and removing stasis at first,then reconciling yin and yang and adjusting emotions,and paying equal attention to Chinese and western medicine,enclosed with clinical cases to justify,so as to provide thoughts of treating lupus nephritis.
