当归挥发油研究进展

Progress of the study about volatile oil from Angelica sinensis

以2010-2016年当归挥发油的研究文献为基础,对当归挥发油的提取方法、化学成分、品质鉴定、制剂工艺和药理作用的研究成果进行归纳总结,阐述了常见的两种挥发油提取方法的差异性、当归挥发油中的化学组分、不同当归中当归挥发油的差异性以及出现的当归挥发油的包合物技术;总结了当归挥发油对平滑肌、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等的药理作用,如平喘、舒张平滑肌、促进皮肤渗透、镇痛抗炎、改善胃肠功能等,为当归挥发油进一步研究和开发提供理论依据。

Based on the research of Angelica sinensis volatile oil from 2010 to 2016,the authors summarized its extracting method,chemical composition,quality identification,preparation technology and pharmacological effects.Meanwhile,the common of the differences between two kinds of extracting method,the chemical components,differences and inclusion compound technology of Angelica sinensis volatile oil were expounded.Moreover,its pharmacological effects on smooth muscle,cardiovascular system,respiratory system and digestive system,such as smooth wheezing,relaxation of smooth muscle,improving skin penetration,analgesic effect,anti-inflammatory and gastrointestinal improving function,were analyzed.It can provide theoretical basis for further study on volatile oil from Angelica sinensis.
