奶牛乳房炎辨证论治及现代药理作用研究

Progress on syndrome differentiation & treatment of dairy cow mastitis and modern pharmacological action

奶牛乳房炎是全球奶牛养殖域中的一种常见疾病,其发病率和感染率高,不仅危害乳产品的产量和质量,严重者还可导致奶牛失去生产和繁殖机能,造成巨大的经济损失,甚至危害人类健康。目前,奶牛乳房炎的治疗仍主要采取抗生素治疗法,由于抗生素滥用导致耐药性的产生,抗生素残留问题引起了人们的关注,而中药治疗乳房炎恰好缓解了这些棘手的问题。笔者等比较全面地综述了奶牛乳房炎的病因及机理、乳房炎的辨证论治及其现代药理作用等一系列问题,为进一步研究奶牛乳房炎的防治提供参考。

Dairy cow mastitis is a common disease in the field of global dairy farming,the incidence and infection of mastitis is high,it can not only endanger the yield and the quality of dairy products,but also lead to dairy cow losing the function of production and reproduction,resulting in huge economic loss,and even endanger human health.At present,antibiotic therapy is still the main treatment for dairy cow mastitis,as a result of antibiotic abuse leading to the emergence of drug resistance,the problem of antibiotic residues has aroused people＇s attention.Treatment of mastitis with traditional Chinese medicine can relieve these thorny problems.In this paper,the author comprehensive discussed the causes and mechanisms of mastitis in dairy cows,the syndrome differentiation and treatment of mastitis,modern pharmacological action and a series of problems,so as to provid reference for studying the prevention and treatment of dairy cow mastitis in the future.
