复方苦参对鸡球虫病疗效研究

Study on the curative effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis compound preparation on chicken coccidiosis

通过人工感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫孢子化卵囊,制备鸡球虫病模型,考察复方苦参的临床疗效。将90只15日龄试验鸡随机分为6组,分别为中药治疗组（高、中、低）、西药治疗组、感染组和空白组。攻虫后第4天开始给药,中药组给予相应浓度的苦参药液1 mL,西药组用百球清,按说明书给予相应剂量,连续3 d,1次/d。对试验鸡肠道病变记分、血便记分、免疫器官指数、抗球虫指数、氧化及抗氧化指标进行测定,评价其治疗效果。结果显示,中剂量组复方中药治疗效果最好,存活率达到100%,相对增重率为92%,抗球虫指数为186,肠道病变记分结果和血便记分结果最低。复方苦参能够提高感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫病雏鸡抗氧化能力,使雏鸡血清和组织中的CAT、NOS、SOD、GSH-Px活性增强,NO、MDA含量降低。提示复方苦参对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病疗效确实,优于百球清,连续用药3 d可有效治疗鸡球虫病,中药生药浓度为0.75 g/mL时治疗效果最佳。

In this study,the clinical efficacy of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis compound preparation was studied by artificial infection of sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella which could cause chicken coccidiosis.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the determination of intestinal lesions score,blood stool score,immune organ index,anticoccidial index,oxidation and antioxidant index.The chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups,traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）treatment group（high,medium and low）,western medicine treatment group,infection group and blank group.The chicks in TCM group were given the corresponding concentration of compound preparation liquid,the western medicine group was treated by appropriate dose of Baiqiuqing according to the instructions for continuous 3 d,once daily.The results showed that the middle dose group had the best therapeutic effect,the survival rate reached 100%,the relative weight gain rate was 92%,the anti-coccidiosis index was 186,the intestinal lesion score and the blood stasis score were the lowest.The activities of CAT,NOS,SOD and GSH-Px in serum and tissues were increased and the contents of NO and MDA were decreased by compound preparation,which could improve the antioxidant capacity of chicks infected with Eimeria tenella.The effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis compound preparation on Eimeria tenella is better than that of Baiqiuqing,which can be effective for the treatment of chicken coccidiosis for consecutive 3 days,and the effective dose is 0.75 g/mL.
