摘要
本文阐述了离子色谱等度、梯度淋洗在工业铝酸钠溶液分析中的应用。氧化铝工业生产过程的中间物料铝酸钠溶液,其杂质离子组成和结构均很复杂。采用抑制电导离子色谱法,用等度淋洗同时测定铝酸钠溶液中的氟离子、氯离子、硫酸根等无机阴离子,五分钟内完全分离;用梯度淋洗则可三十分钟内同时实现铝酸钠溶液中的甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、草酸等多种有机酸以及氟离子、氯离子和硫酸根等无机阴离子的测定。两种方法具有好的选择性,线性关系良好,r≥0.9990,准确度和精密度较高,各离子回收率均在90%~110%,相对标准偏差均≤3.9%,检出限低,操作简便,能够满足科研、生产需要。
This paper expounds the application of isocratic and gradient elution of ion chromatography in the analysis of industrial sodium aluminate solution. The sodium aluminate solution is the intermediate material in alumina industry and the composition and structure of its impurity ions are very complex. Using suppressed conductivity ion chromatography,simultaneously determine the inorganic anions such as fluoride,chloride and sulfate in sodium aluminate solution,and completely separate in five minutes by isocratic elution; determine the formic acid,acetic acid,propionic acid,oxalic acid and other organic acids in sodium aluminate solution as well as the fluoride,chloride,sulfate and other inorganic anions in sodium aluminate solution within thirty minutes by gradient elution. The two methods have good selectivity,a good linear relationship,r≥0. 9990,high accuracy and precision,recovery rate of each ion 90% ~ 110%,the relative standard deviation ≤3. 9%,low detection limit,easy operation,meeting the needs of scientific research and production.
