摘要
分析了影响稳态沉降底流L/S的主要因素,针对沉降槽有效使用高度和重泥层高度对底流L/S的影响,考虑重力压缩效应,认为底流赤泥粒子(絮团)受压变形为弹性形变,建立了一维稳态沉降数学模型,得到了表征不同高度压力变化系数f(x)=1-p(x)/Es的微分方程,求出其隐式函数解,通过迭代法求出数值解,进而得到底流L/S的数值解。计算表明:当沉降槽高度由平底槽的7m提高到高效深锥槽的20m时,底流L/S可下降约1/3;而重泥层高度每提高1m,底流L/S可下降约0.05。
The main factors affecting the L/S of steady-state settling underflow are analyzed. Based on the effective height of settling tank and height of heavy mud layer affecting the L/S of underflow,considering the gravity compression effect,the compression deformation of red mud particles( flocculent aggregates) is elastic,a one-dimensional steady settling mathematical model is established,and a differential equation was obtained to characterize the pressure variation coefficient f(x) = 1-p(x)/Es at different heights. The implicit function solution is obtained,the numerical solution is calculated by iterative method,and then numerical solution of L/S of underflow is derived. The calculation shows that the underflow L/S can be reduced by about 1/3 when the height of the settling tank is increased from 7 m in the flat bottom tank to 20 m in the high efficient deep cone tank. When the height of the heavy mud layer rises by 1 m,the underflow L/S can be reduced by about 0. 05.
