深圳16882例不同胎龄单胎新生儿身长顶臀长指数研究

Body length with crown-rump length index of 16882 singleton neonates in different gestational age on Shenzhen City,China in 2015

目的:制定不同胎龄新生儿身长顶臀长指数,为评价新生儿出生时身体的匀称性提供参考数据。方法:采用横断面时间段整群取样实况调查方法,2013年4月至2015年9月在深圳两家医院完成了16 882例不同胎龄单胎新生儿体重、身长、顶臀长、头围、胸围现场测量,用以制定不同胎龄新生儿身长顶臀长指数。结果:制定了2015年深圳16 882例胎龄27~42周单胎新生儿身长顶臀长指数均数及其3 rd^97 th百分位曲线。胎龄27~42周每个孕周的身长顶臀长指数百分位50 th曲线数值非常恒定,维持在67.85~68.14范围内,最大差异值仅为0.29。男性与女性总平均的指数均数都是68.01,差异值为0,男女性别无差异。结论:宫内生长的身长顶臀长指数值一直维持在67.85~68.14范围内,非常恒定,无性别差异;揭示身长和顶臀长一直维持等速度、等比率的增长。该指数对内分泌及骨骼发育异常性疾病的早期发现有帮助。

Objective：To record body-length（BL）with crown-rump length（CRL）index of singleton neonates in different gestational age（GA）,so as to provide a reference data for evaluating neonates at birth.Methods：A total of 16 882 singleton neonates at 27-42 weeks of GA were measured at birth by site survey method using cluster samples by a cross sectional time in Shenzhen City two hospital on April 1,2013 to September 30,2015 in this study,to create BL with CRL index of singleton neonates in different GA.Results：The means and 3 rd ~ 97 th percentile curves for BL with CRL index of singleton neonates of 27-42 weeks of GA were established in Shenzhen City,China in 2015.The values of the 50 th percentile curve for BL with CRL index in 27-42 weeks of GA were very constant for every week,within 67.85 ~ 68.14 range,the largest difference value was only 0.29.The total average values of index in male and in female were 68.01.The difference values were 0.There was no difference of BL with CRL index values in male with in female.Conclusions：BL growth is constant and steady along with CRL growth in the fetus intrauterine growth period.There is no difference of BL with CRL index values between males and females.It is helpful to detect abnormal.endocrine and bone developmental abnormal diseases be early discovered.
