医药院校大学生道德品质现状及其成因分析

Status quo of the medical and pharmaceutical college students' moral character and its causes

目的:探究医药院校大学生道德品质现状及其成因,为学生道德品质的培养和教育实践提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样、实地走访、问卷调查及文献分析等方式,对江苏省部分医药院校在校学生的道德品质现状进行调查,并运用相关理论分析其成因。结果:在1 657份有效问卷中,社会公德方面,超过77.6%的同学具备较高的文明素养以及乐于助人的精神,多于70.9%的学生能意识到爱护公物与保护环境的重要性,然而有大于64.1%的同学法纪意识淡薄;孝敬父母方面,虽然58.1%的同学经常联系父母,但有59.9%的同学表示联系父母并不以交流谈心为主要目的;诚实守信方面,超过54.1%的学生发生过诚信失范行为。经分析,上述现状主要是由社会、学校、家庭以及学生自身等多维度因素造成。结论:医药院校大学生道德品质的现状总体上是积极且健康的,但也存在着许多不可忽略的问题,必须引起相关重视。

Objective：To explore the status quo of the medical and pharmaceutical college students＇ moral character,providing reference for the cultivation and educational practice of students＇ moral character.Methods：Using stratified random sampling,field visits,questionnaires and literature analysis,this paper investigated the moral character of students in some medical and pharmaceutical colleges in Jiangsu Province,and analyzed its causes by using relevant theories.Results：Among 1657 valid questionnaires,in social ethics,more than 77.6%of the students had a higher civilization accomplishment and helpful spirit,more than 70.9% of the students were aware of the importance of protecting public property and protecting the environment,but more than 64.1% of the students had a weak awareness of the law and discipline;in terms of respecting parents,while 58.1% of students frequently contacted their parents,59.9% of the students said they contacted their parents not for the main purpose of communication and discussion;in terms of honest and trustworthy,more than 54.1% of the students had a loss of integrity behavior.After analysis,the above situation was mainly caused by the multi-dimensional factors such as society,schools,families and students themselves.Conclusion：The status quo of the medical and pharmaceutical college students＇ moral character is generally positive,however,many problems can＇t be ignored and must be given relevant attention.
