摘要
医学难以解释症状（medically unexplained symptoms，MUS）是综合医院常见的医学现象，对个人和社会构成了严重的经济负担。MUS的病理学机制尚未明确，定义和诊断标准存在着明显的分歧。鉴于MUS同时涉及生物医学和精神医学，是复杂的多因素问题。建立生物医学和精神医学能够共同接受的定义和可操作性诊断标准对MUS的临床诊疗和机制研究均十分重要。
Medically unexplained symptoms（MUS）is a common medical phenomenon in general hospitals,which constitutes a serious financial burden on individuals and society.The pathologic mechanism of MUS is not yet clear,and there are obvious differences in the definition and diagnostic criteria.Since MUS is involved in both biological medical and psychiatry,it must be a multi-factorial problem.Finally,it is very important to establish the definition and operable diagnostic criteria for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MUS.
