摘要
通过螺翼型叶片在流场中的工作原理、流体沿轴线方向冲击时的受力情况,分析和讨论了叶轮各参数对水表性能指标值的影响,并结合在实际工作中所积累的经验,对具体的一些参数给出了参考值。对水表制造单位和个人在研发螺翼式水表时,对螺翼型叶轮结构的设计,及在改善螺翼式水表的流量测量特性方面有一定的参考价值。
Based on the working principle of the helical type vane in the flow field and the stress state of the fluid by shocking at the axis direction,the influence of each parameter of impeller on the performance indicators of water meter is analyzed and discussed. According to the experience in the practical work,it gives the reference values of the specific parameters. It provides a certain reference to the structure design of the helical impeller and to the improvement of flow measurement characteristics for helical vane type water meter for the water meter manufacturing company and individuals who operate helical vane type water meter.
