广西34例医闹调查与对策分析

Medical alarm investigation and countermeasures analysis of 34 cases in Guangxi

目的分析报道广西近5年的医闹情况,为医闹预防和处置提供借鉴参考。方法回顾分析2011年1月—2016年12月媒体及网络上报道的医闹案例34例,采用关键人物、关键事件半结构化定性访谈,收集医闹持续时间、特征类型、引发原因、诉诸方式等社会状况信息,描述和探究其特征、成因及应对策略。三种类型医闹事件比较采用确切概率法,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果广西医闹发生有增多的趋势,医闹持续时间越来越长;类型以一般性医闹为主,恶性医闹和职业性医闹比例相差不大;无论哪种类型的医闹,医闹存在一定的计划性和组织性,一般对人员造成的一般性伤害居多,死亡事件极少。结论广西医闹类型、严重程度和国内其他地方区别不大,预防和处理方法趋同,应增强医闹管理,加强社会共治。

Objective To analyze Guangxi medical alarm for nearly 5 years,providing reference for medical dispute prevention and management.Methods A total of 34 cases with medical case reports were retrospectively analyzed from January 2011 to December 2016.Semi structured qualitative interview with key personage and key events was adopted.The social status of medical information including duration,types and characteristics,causes and recourse were collected.Describe and explore its characteristics,causes and coping strategies.Three types of medical incidents were compared with the exact method.P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results There was an increasing trend in Guangxi medical alarm.Medical alarm continued increasingly long time.Medical alarm mainly were general medical alarm,and malignant medical and occupational medical alarm were less.No matter what type it was,medical alarm was planned and organized,causing mostly minor injuries and few death.Conclusion Medical alarm in Guangxi and other parts of the country are not very different in type and severity,prevention and treatment of convergence.medical alarm management should be enhanced.
