广州市白云区登革热防控灭蚊杀虫剂的应用分析

Application analysis of mosquito control insecticides used in dengue prevention and control in Baiyun District of Guangzhou

目的了解近3年以来广州市白云区各种常见杀虫剂的使用情况,评价目前白云区使用灭蚊杀虫剂的合理性情况,为控制登革热传播媒介科学合理用药提供相关建议。方法使用描述性研究方法对研究期间内的各镇街用药情况和药物使用喜好程度进行分析,并与相应年度省市抗药性研究结果比较,开展白云区白纹伊蚊抗药性监测。结果广州市白云区常用杀虫剂成份前5位分别为:残杀威、烯丙菊酯、氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、胺菊酯;杀虫剂种类和成分每年有所不同;白云区5个片区白纹伊蚊幼虫对测定的杀虫剂主要处于低抗水平,其中高效氯氰菊酯抗药性水平较高(抗性系数为18.12~7.21),而残杀威对于大多数镇街敏感(抗性系数为4.26~2.66)。结论广州市白云区各镇街消杀站杀虫剂使用基本符合省市抗药性的研究结果,有相应的轮换和混合用药,延缓了杀虫剂中高抗性的产生。

Objective To investigate the use of insecticides in Baiyun District of Guangzhou in the past three years,and provide relevant suggestions for insecticide application. Methods Descriptive research methods were used.Results The top five insecticides in Baiyun area of Guangzhou were propoxur,esbiothrin,permethrin,beta cypermethrin and tetramethrin. The types and ingredients of pesticides varied from year to year. Aedes albopictus from five areas of Baiyun District evoluted low level of resistance to some pesticides,developed 18. 12-7. 21,4. 26-2. 66 folds resistance respectively to beta-cypermethrin and propoxur. Conclusion Rotation and mixture of insecticides might delay the production of high resistance of insecticides.
