摘要
目的了解白纹伊蚊密度的季节消长和在不同生境类型中的分布,为预防登革热提供科学依据。方法在烟台市的5个县、市、区设立监测点,采用诱蚊灯法监测蚊密度。结果 3年间白纹伊蚊密度差异无统计学意义(F=0.012,P=0.988),3年合计白纹伊蚊密度为0.031 8只/(灯·h)。3年白纹伊蚊密度均于9月份达到最高,为0.135 2只/(灯·h)。5类生境中,白纹伊蚊密度差异有统计学意义(F=13.056,P=0.001)。牲畜棚中的白纹伊蚊密度为0.055 4只/(灯·h),显著高于居民区(0.027 4)、公园(0.035 7)、医院(0.012 6)和农户(0.028 2)中的白纹伊蚊密度,公园中的白纹伊蚊密度显著为0.035 7只/(灯·h),显著高于医院(0.012 6)的白纹伊蚊密度。结论白纹伊蚊密度于9月份达到高峰。牲畜棚中白纹伊蚊密度最高,其次为公园,应该加强对牲畜棚和公园中白纹伊蚊的治理。
Objective To understand the seasonal fluctuation of Aedes albopictus density and its distribution in different habitats,and provide scientific basis for preventing dengue. Methods Mosquito surveillance was carried out with mosquito trap lamp. Results The average density of Aedes albopictus in three years was 0. 031 8 insects/( trap·h)with little difference among the three years( F = 0. 012,P = 0. 988). Aedes albopictus density reached the highest,0. 1352 insects/( trap·h) in September. There were significant differences in the densities of Aedes albopictus in the five habitats( F = 13. 056,P = 0. 001). The density of Aedes albopictus in livestock sheds was 0. 055 4 insects/( trap·h),which was significantly higher than in residential areas( 0. 027 4),parks( 0. 035 7),hospitals( 0. 012 6) and farms( 0. 028 2),and the density of Aedes albopictus in parks was 0. 035 7 insects/( trap·h),which was significantly higher than that in hospitals( 0. 012 6). Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus peaked in September. The highest Aedes albopictus density was in livestock sheds,followed by the parks. It is necessary to strengthen the management of Aedes albopictus in livestock sheds and parks.
