连云港口岸出国劳务人员蚊媒传染病防治知识知晓现况调查

Investigation on knowledge of mosquito-borne diseases among overseas laborers in Lianyungang Port

目的调查分析出国劳务人员蚊媒传染病防治知识知晓情况,为实施有效的健康教育和干预方法提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法从连云港市12家劳务公司抽取1 802名出国劳务人员,进行问卷调查。结果连云港口岸出国劳务人员平均年龄39.13岁,以赴非洲劳务居多(72.20%),文化程度以初中为主(67.15%)。调查对象蚊媒传染病防治知识整体知晓率为59.32%,不同文化程度、是否有劳务输出史和是否使用智能手机的组间差异有统计学意义,调查对象对部分传染病基础知识的知晓率小于50%。结论连云港口岸出国劳务人员赴非洲等热带地区劳务人员居多,对蚊媒传染病防治知识的知晓率偏低,缺乏蚊媒传染病防范和自我保护能力。开展健康教育并探索"互联网+健康干预"模式对减少出国劳务人员罹患蚊媒传染病具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the knowledge of mosquito-borne disease prevention and control among overseas laborers through the current situation investigation,and provide the basis for the implementation of effective health education and intervention methods. Methods A total of 1 802 overseas laborers were recruited from 12 labor companies in Lianyungang by cluster sampling method. Results The average age of Lianyungang overseas laborers was 39. 13 years old,and the majority of labor was in Africa（ 72. 20%）,and the education level was mainly junior high school（ 67. 15%）. The overall awareness rate of mosquito-borne disease prevention and control knowledge was59. 32%,the differences between the different educational level,labor export history and use smart phone were statistically significant. The awareness rate of some subjects of diseases was less than 50%. Conclusion Lianyungang overseas laborers abroad were mostly to Africa and other tropical areas,their mosquito-borne infectious disease prevention and control knowledge awareness was low.
