科技人员创新创业动力状况研究——基于对苏中苏北地区科技人员的实证分析

A Study of Scientists' and Technicians' Motivation in Innovation and Entrepreneurship

党的十九大报告指出,要坚定实施创新驱动发展战略,鼓励更多社会主体投身创新创业。本文基于问卷抽样调查资料,分析了苏北和苏中地区科技人员创新创业的活动状况及动力来源,剖析了科技人员创新创业动力产生的影响因素,针对存在的问题,提出了激发科技人员创新创业动力的政策建议。

It is pointed out in the Report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we must firmly carry out the strategy of innovation-driven development,and that more people should be encouraged to devote themselves to innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on a questionnaire survey,analysis is conducted of the innovation and entrepreneurship of the scientists and technicians in Northern and Central Jiangsu and of the sources of their motivation.The analysis helps draw out the factors affecting the motivation.In view of the existing problems,some policy suggestions are proposed as for inspiring scientists＇and technicians＇motivation in innovation and entrepreneurship.
