缬沙坦治疗慢性支气管炎合并高血压的临床效果体会

Exploring the method and effect of recurrent laryngeal nerve in thyroid benign lesion

目的分析缬沙坦治疗慢性支气管炎合并高血压的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月2日~2017年2月10日慢性支气管炎合并高血压患者共100例,将慢性支气管炎合并高血压患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例患者实施缬沙坦治疗,对照组50例患者实施常规药物治疗,将两组慢性支气管炎合并高血压患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果观察组慢性支气管炎合并高血压患者的总有效率92.00%与对照组具有差异(P<0.05),观察组慢性支气管炎合并高血压患者的住院总耗时(18.21±2.01)d、症状改善时间(10.21±1.05)d优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论通过对慢性支气管炎合并高血压患者实施缬沙坦治疗,取得显著效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of valsartan in the treatment of chronic bronchitis complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic bronchitis and hypertension were enrolled in our hospital.Patients were enrolled in the study.One hundred patients with chronic bronchitis complicated with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group（January 2,2016 to February 10,2017）50 patients in the control group and observation group were treated with valsartan and 50 patients in the control group were treated with conven-tional drugs.The therapeutic effects of two groups of patients with chronic bronchitis complicated with hypertension were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients with chronic bronchitis and hypertension was 92.00% in the observation group（P〈0.05）,and the total hospitalization time was 18.21±2.01 days in the chronic bronchitis patients with hypertension.The symptoms The improvement time（10.21 ±1.05）d was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of valsartan in patients with chronic bronchitis and hypertension has achieved remarkable results.
