奥美拉唑加血凝酶治疗呼吸衰竭并发上消化道出血的临床疗效观察

Omeprazole plus hemagglutinin in the treatment of respiratory failure complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding clinical efficacy

目的观察奥美拉唑加血凝酶治疗呼吸衰竭并发上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法研究本院于2014年5月~2017年5月收治的278例呼吸衰竭并发上消化道出血患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组139例、实验组139例,,给予对照组患者埃索美拉唑治疗,给予实验组患者奥美拉唑加血凝酶治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率、平均止血时间、平均输血量、治疗前后血红蛋白含量。结果临床治疗效果对比显示实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率对比显示实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。平均止血时间对比显示实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。平均输血量对比显示实验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后血红蛋白含量对比显示实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑加血凝酶治疗呼吸衰竭并发上消化道出血的临床效果显著,安全性较高,出血量少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole plus hemagglutinin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding complicated in respiratory failure by.Methods The study was conducted from May 2014 to May 2017.278 patients with respiratory failure complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups equally according to the random number table（each group,n=139）.The patients in the control group were treated with esomeprazole,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with omeprazole plus hemagglutinin.The clinical effects,the incidence of adverse reactions,the mean hemostasis time,average blood transfusion,hemoglobin content before and after treatment was compared.Results Comparison of clinical treatment results showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions comparison showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）,The average hemostatic time in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.The average transfusion volume in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Hemoglobin content after treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effects of omeprazole plus hemagglutinin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding complicated with respiratory failure are significant,with high safety and less bleeding,which is worthy of clinical application.
