1例上颌骨腺样囊性癌患者治疗的护理体会

The nursing experience of 1 patient with maxillary adenoidcystic carcinoma

目的探讨上颌骨腺样囊性癌的治疗及护理。方法手术切除上颌骨及肿瘤,给予对症治疗及精细的护理。结果手术后患者病情稳定,伤口恢复良好,待患者手术恢复后行放化疗综合治疗及上颌骨修复术。结论发生于上颌骨的腺样囊性癌因临床症状不典型,应早发现,积极采取以手术为主的综合治疗和精心的护理,增加患者治疗的依存性,可提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To evaluate the maxillary adenoid cystic carcinoma of the treatment and nursing.Methods Resection of maxilla and tumor,symptomatic treatment and careful nursing care.Results Patients in stable condition after the surgery,the wound recovered well.They underwent comprehensive treatment after surgery with chemoradiotherapy and maxilla prosthesis.Conclusion Adenoid cystic carcinoma of maxillary due to atypical clinical symptoms,should be found early,take active predominantly surgical comprehensive treatment and careful nursing to improve patient＇s dependency treatment and the quality of life of patients.
