临床护理路径在慢性鼻炎-鼻窦炎病人中应用的效果评价

Clinical nursing pathway is evaluated in patients with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis

目的探讨慢性鼻炎-鼻窦炎患者的临床治疗中,临床护理路径应用的效果。方法本次研究中,主要选择我院2016年1月～2017年12月收治60例慢性鼻炎-鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,两组患者均为手术患者,对其进行随机分组,给予对照组患者传统护理方法,给予观察组患者以临床护理路径护理方法,对两组患者的护理效果进行观察。结果观察组患者平均住院时间和平均住院费用,与患者满意度以及健康教育效果都比对照组好,其中差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径具有一定的科学性,对医院提高医护质量,降低医疗费用,缩短住院天数,促进科间协作,加强医患沟通,提高患者满意度及健康教育知晓率,减少医疗纠纷,提高医院的核心竞争力,具有十分现实和重要的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis.Method In this study,the main choice in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,60 cases of patients with chronic rhinitis,sinusitis treated as the research object,two groups of patients for surgery patients,randomized,control group patients＇ traditional nursing method,give the nursing methods of observation group of patients with clinical nursing path,the nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed.Results the observation group of patients with an average length of hospital stay and the average hospitalization expenses,and patients＇ satisfaction and the effect of health education were better than the control group,the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion clinical nursing path has certain scientific,to improve the medical quality,reduce medical costs,shorten the hospitalization days,to promote collaboration,strengthen the doctor-patient communication,awareness,improve patient satisfaction and health education to reduce medical disputes,improve the core competitiveness of the hospital,it is very realistic and important meaning.
