摘要
目的探讨我国农村卫生人才队伍建设现状,为今后农村基层卫生人才队伍建设提出可行性建议。方法分析现阶段我国农村基层卫生人才队伍建设存在的问题,并提出建议。结果近年来,我国农村基层医疗卫生工作虽取得一定成就,但仍存在诸如基层卫生人才队伍建设进展缓慢、人才队伍结构不合理、人才培训与需求脱节、稳定性较差等问题,严重制约了农村卫生服务的发展。结论政府落实激励及优惠政策,加大对人才的培养力度,实施城乡联动的卫生人才一体化模式,可解决当前我国农村卫生人才队伍建设存在的问题。
Objective To examine the current status of rural health talent construction in China,and to provide feasible recommendations for improving rural grass-root health talent construction.Methods Problems in the current phase of rural grass-root health talent construction were identified and analyzed,and recommendations were provided.Results Although China's rural grass-root healthcare development has made some achievements in recent years,there are still many problems that greatly restrict the development of rural health services,such as slow progress in the construction of grass-root health talents,unreasonable structure of the team,disjointed talent training and demand,and poor stability.Conclusion The government should provide incentives and preferential policies,strengthen talent cultivation,and implement the integrated urban-rural health talent model to resolve the existing problems in rural health talent construction in China.
