基于现代学徒制的高等职业教育现代化改革与探索

Reform and Exploration on Modernization of Higher Vocational Education based on Modern Apprenticeship System

我国的高等职业教育在其快速发展的过程中也存在一些矛盾和问题,严重阻碍了我国高等职业教育现代化的发展,而现代学徒制作为一种将传统的学徒培养方式与现代教育模式相结合的教育教学模式,具有能有效激励学生学习和实践、满足企业利益最大化的需求、有利于"双师型"队伍建设以及评价手段多元化等特点,对于解决我国高等职业教育现代化的发展过程中的问题提供了可能。

While the higher vocational education in China is developed rapidly,some contradictions and problems also have occurred,which have seriously prevented the development of modernization of vocational education in China.The modern apprenticeship system,as an education teaching model combining the traditional apprentice cultivation method with the modern education model,has the characteristics of effectively encourage students for learning and practice,meeting the demand of maximum benefit of enterprises,being beneficial for the construction of"double-professional teacher"team and having diversified evaluation means,providing apossibility to solve the problems occurring in the development process of modernization of vocational education in China.
