How to Combine Independent Management into Student Club Activities in Secondary Vocational Schools

在中职院校中,学生社团不仅是校园文化的载体,更是学校第二课堂的重要组成部分。中职院校社团活动不仅可以丰富学生的校园文化生活、扩大求知领域、而且对提升自身综合能力起着至关重要的作用。但目前中职院校社团活动的开展多依赖于老师,学生社团自主管理能力欠缺。此文通过对中职院校社团学生现状的分析,研究探讨如何将自主管理融入到中职院校学生社团活动之中。

In secondary vocational schools,students are not only the carrier of campus culture,but also an important part of the second class.The club activities of secondary vocational colleges cannot only enrich the students＇ campus culture life,expand knowledge field,but also play an essential role in improving comprehensive capability.However,most of the club activities of secondary vocational schools rely on students,with a lack of independent management ability in student clubs.This paper researches how to combine independent management into the club activities of students of secondary vocational colleges by analyzing the current situation of students in clubs of secondary vocational schools.
