免疫微环境相关因子CD8、TGF-β1在不同中医证型乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨CD8、TGF-β1在不同中医证型乳腺癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法收集82例乳腺浸润性导管癌,按中医证型分为三组,行CD8、TGF-β1免疫组织化学染色,分析两者在不同中医证型乳腺癌中的表达情况及意义。结果 82例乳腺浸润性导管癌中肝郁痰凝型36例(43.90%),冲任失调型30例(36.59%),正虚毒炽型16例(19.51%);CD8阳性淋巴细胞在肿瘤间质中的浸润密度及癌组织TGF-β1的表达在不同中医证型乳腺癌中存在差异,具有统计学意义。结论 CD8、TGF-β1在不同中医证型乳腺癌中存在差异性表达,从病理学角度证实中医证型与肿瘤免疫微环境存在相关性,为中医药在乳腺癌的免疫治疗方面提供新的靶点及理论基础。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD8 and TGF-β1 in breast of cancer different Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM ) syndromes. Methods 82 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) of the breast were collected, and were assigned into three groups based on the TCM syndrome. ICH staining was performed for CD8 and TGF-β1, so as to analyze their expression and significance in breast cancer of different TCM syndromes.Results Among the 82 patients with IDC of the breast, 36(43.90%) cases were liver stagnation and phlegm stasis type, 30(36.59%) cases were incoordination between the Chong and Ren Meridians, and 16(19.51%) cases were deficiency blazing toxin type. There were differences across different TCM syndromes of breast cancer in CD8+ infiltration density in stroma, as well as in TGF-β1 expression in cancerous tissues, with statistically significant differences.Conclusions There is differential expression of CD8 and TGF-β1 in breast cancer of different TCM syndromes. The correlation between the TCM syndrome and the tumor immune microenvironment has been pathologically confirmed, providing a new target and theoretical basis for the application of TCM in immunotherapy for breast cancer.
