Effect of CT guided iodine 125 particle implantation on the curative effect of the patients with lung cancer

目的研究CT引导下碘125粒子植入对肺癌患者的疗效影响。方法选取2014年4月至2016年4月我院收治的放化疗无效且不能手术的肺癌患者20例,予以CT引导下碘125粒子植入治疗。分析患者的临床疗效,治疗前后血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、非粘液性卵巢癌抗原(CA125)水平变化情况,不良反应发生情况。结果患者的总有效率为55.00%。治疗后的血清CEA、CA125水平均分别明显低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。患者不良反应的总发生率为25.00%。结论 CT引导下碘125粒子植入应用于肺癌患者治疗中效果明显,可有效改善血清CEA、CA125水平。

Objective To study the effect of CT guided iodine 125 particle implantation on the curative effect of the patients with lung cancer.Methods This study selected 20 cases of patients with lung cancer, they received Chemoradiotherapy during April 2014 and April 2016 in our hospital, but the therapy was ineffective and the patients were inoperable. They were given CT guided iodine seed implantation respectively. We analyzed the efficacy, serum carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） , non mucinons ovarian cancer antigen （CA125） level changes, and the incidence of adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate of the patient was 55.00%. The level of serum CEA and CA125 after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of adverse reactions was 25.00%. Conclusions CT guided iodine 125 particle implantation is effective in the treatment of patients with lung cancer, and it can effectively improve the level of serum CEA and CA125. It is worthy of clinical application.
