不同产地不同批次葛根饮片的质量考察评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的考察比较不同产地以及不同批次葛根饮片的质量差异,为葛根饮片质量控制提供参考,为葛根饮片后续制剂研究工作提供依据。方法采用薄层鉴别试验对葛根饮片进行定性分析,采用浸出物、水分、灰分检查以及高效液相色谱法含量测定对各批次葛根饮片进行质量比较评价。结果 (1)15批葛根饮片与葛根对照药材和葛根素对照品的薄层色谱结果一致。(2)15批葛根饮片的水分、总灰分、浸出物量有一定差异但基本均符合药典规定。(3)15批葛根饮片中葛根素含量均高于药典标准2.4%,其中湖北地区HB2批次葛根素含量最高。结论不同产地及不同批次葛根饮片之间质量差异明显。 Objective It aims to provide reference to the quality control of radix puerariae-slices, via comparing the quality of radix puerariae from different regions and different batches. Furthermore, provides the basis for radix puerariae- slices subsequent preparation work. Methods Thin layer identification tests were applied for qualitative analysis of radix puerariae slices first. And then detected the extracts, moisture, ash content, and determined the content by HPLC to compare and evaluate the quality of radix puerariae-slices among batches.Results The 15 batches of radix puerariae-slices and radix puerariae contrast medicinal materials and puerarin reference substance were consistent in thin layer chromatography. Certain differences exist among 15 puerariae-slices in moisture content, total ash and extract, but basically all conform to the requirement of pharmacopoeia. Puerarin content of all 15 radix puerariae-slices were higher than pharmacopoeia standard which is 2.4%, and the batch marked as HB2 from Hubei region has the highest puerarin content.Conclusions The quality of radix puerariae-slices form different batches and different regions shows significant difference.
