摘要
目的建立食品、保健食品、药品中20种降糖类化学成分的快速定性、定量分析的检测方法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,以0.01 mol/L乙酸铵(用乙酸调节p H值至3.5)为流动相A,乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长235 nm,柱温32℃。结果在该色谱条件下可以有效分离20种降糖成分。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可以用于食品、保健食品、药品中20种降糖类化学成分的快速分析。
Objective To establish a rapid qualitative and quantitative detection method for 20 kinds of hypoglycemic components in food, health food and medicine. Methods Using C18 eolunm with O. Olmol/L ammonium acetate (pH adjusted to 3.5 with acetic acid) as the mobile phase A and aeetonitrile as mobile phase B. Gradient elution, flow rate 1.Oml/min, the detection wavelength was 235nm. The column temperature was 32℃.Results 20 kinds of hypoglycemie components can be separated effectively under this chromatographic condition.Conelusions This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for rapid analysis of 20 kinds of hypoglyeemie components in food, health food and medicine.
